Philadelphia's Boathouse Row

Boathouse Row is a historic site on the banks of Philadelphia's Schuylkill River, consisting of 15 rowing club boathouses built between 1860 and 1904.   

 

Boathouse Row hosts several major rowing regattas, including the Dad Vail RegattaStotesbury Cup,  Navy Day Regatta, and the Independence Day Regatta

The boathouses are the centers of the rowing community around the U.S. Rowers from the boathouses compete at every level, including local clubs, colleges, and international-level athletics.
