1930 Elgin Legionnaire Wristwatch

 

Each member of a 1st place Peoples Regatta winner was awarded a custom-engraved Elgin Legionnaire 14k White Gold-filled Model E-301wristwatch. The Legionnaire featured a 7-jewel movement; the retail price was $25 (about $400 in 2021...).
