Morris Roisner was the partner of Leon Gleckman, a politician and businessman who was an intimate part of the Twin Cities corruption & lawlessness. Roisner is mentioned in two books detailing the Prohibition-era crime wave: "Twin Cities Prohibition" by Elizabeth Johanneck, and "Secret Partners" by Timothy Mahoney
